"Na jordánské poměry přepychová koupelna. Na pokoji jsme dokonce měli vodu, čaj a i pantofle. Velmi doporučuji. Ubytoval bych se zde i přístě."

"Všude je to blízko i pěšky, k dispozici základní vybavení v kuchyňce, můžete si kdykoliv dát čaj nebo kávu - a to i na pokoji (byla tam rychlovarná konvice). Personál vstřícný, komunikuje rychle, výhodou je recepce 24/7, pokud něco potřebujete. V neposlední řadě, což je pro tento hotel hlavní lákadlo - má opravdu krásný výhled na město. A výhled si užijete nejen z okna pokoje, ale i na terase. Pokud jedete vlastním autem, pohodlně zaparkujete až u hotelu. Ulice není nijak zvlášť rušná, oproti ammánskému průměru, takže se toho není potřeba bát."

"Je vidět, že vybavení není už nejnovější, ale při poměru cena/výkon je to pořád super. Ve skříni zbylo po někom nějaké oblečení. Stane se..."

"Nádherný čistý pokoj s úplně novou klimatizací a nádherným výhledem. Personál úplně skvělý, měli odpověď na všechny mé otázky. Hotel se nachází přímo v historickém centru a k Ammánské citadele to máte jen jedny schody. Společná kuchyně 24/7 byla výborně vybavena."

"This hostel has to be the best in Amman! The room itself was clean and the heater kept it comfortable. There are lockers and a privacy curtain on each bed. Probably the best part of this hostel is the outdoor seating area beside the kitchen with an amazing view. Overall I would happily stay there again and it was cheap. I also liked the little yellow bird but he was lonely 😔"

"We were visiting in December. We had an incredible view from the window, just for the Roman Theatre. Everything was very close. We could park the car in front of the property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t use the kitchen, so it’s difficult to say anything about the facilities there. We slept well thanks to the curtains. Room had a teas, coffee, bottled water, sugar and kettle, which we enjoyed very much."

"The only thing was really cold bathroom. Because December was quite cold weather itself, it would be great to have some little fan just for the bathroom. I was freezing going out from the shower."

"Very good stay at Castle Star Hostel. It is located just opposite the Citadel, so the location is excellent. The hostel has a nice kitchen where you can easily make coffee and breakfast. The staff were very helpful and gave good travel advice, and they also arranged my airport taxi at a much cheaper price. It’s close to downtown Amman, which feels more local and authentic. Food around the area is very good and affordable, unlike Rainbow Street which is crowded with tourists and much more expensive. Overall, a comfortable, well-located hostel with great value for money."
