"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rudi. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive throughout. The beds were very comfortable with crisp, clean sheets, and we appreciated the lovely toiletries and soft, fresh-smelling towels. They even brought puzzles to our room to keep our daughters entertained, which was such a thoughtful touch. We used the hotel as our base while travelling around Kenya—leaving our luggage there as we explored the Masai Mara, Ol Pejeta, the lakes, and Mombasa. The laundry service was efficient and reasonably priced, with our clothes returned beautifully folded and fresh. One of the highlights was when the staff surprised our daughter with a sweet birthday greeting, which made her feel truly special."

"I highly recommend the Clarence House Hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, and the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and spacious. The Housekeeping, Dining, Reception, and Security staff were all friendly, caring, and efficient. Our laundry was also returned promptly. A special thanks to Timothy and Renne — both were incredibly helpful and highly professional. Timothy ensured we were well taken care of throughout our stay and assisted us in settling in upon arrival. The Security team was always welcoming and greeted us with warm smiles. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"Bahari Dhow Villas je naprosto nádherné místo přímo u moře, kde jsme si užili každý okamžik. Personál byl neuvěřitelně milý, vstřícný a nic pro ně nebyl problém – vždy s úsměvem a ochotou pomoci. Po návratu ze safari nás na pokoji čekala krásná pozornost, což bylo úžasné překvapení, a později jsem dokonce dostala nádhernou kytici. Byli jsme naprosto dojatí! Se zaměstnanci jsme si užili spoustu legrace, protože si zamilovali mého syna a díky nim jsme se tu cítili jako VIP hosté. Každý člen týmu byl skvělý – od ochranky na vrátnici a v celém areálu, přes zaměstnance restaurace, až po celý tým, který se stará o chod hotelu. Všichni byli naprosto úžasní a vytvořili atmosféru, díky které jsme se tu cítili jako doma. Pokud hledáte místo, kde zažijete pohostinnost na nejvyšší úrovni, úžasný servis a nezapomenutelnou dovolenou přímo u moře, Bahari Dhow Villas je rozhodně ta nejlepší volba!"

"The hotel was wonderful for our needs. We were 11 in two apartments. The location was great and a short walk to the beach plus you could walk to restaurants (we did not). What stood out though was the staff. Aymar the manager is fantastic. She arranged a BBQ and breakfast for our work group (the food was delicious) and she went out of her way to help ensure we all had a good stay. I wish it had been longer! There seemed to be longer term guests and they loved the place too. The internet was good, pool lovely, and the place is clean and comfortable. Again much of this is because of Aymar I think. She's wonderful"
