"Alloggio meraviglioso all'interno del Fortamu Residence, un complesso di ville con spiaggia privata e piscina sul mare. Abbiamo avuto assistenza via WhatsApp da quando siamo partiti dall'Italia a quando siamo arrivati in struttura, anche di notte. Avevamo a disposizione una ragazza per le pulizie e un ragazzo come cuoco (a pagamento con una piccola quota), gentilissimi e molto bravi. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il servizio colazione e cena. Pulizia impeccabile, bagni spaziosi, letti comodi. La spiaggia di fronte al residence è meravigliosa e offre locali dove bere e mangiare, e si raggiunge l'Isola dell'Amore con una breve camminata. Siamo stati benissimo."

"La gestione del Residence chiudeva l'acqua di notte, da mezzanotte alle sei. Il primo giorno essendo arrivati di notte dopo un viaggio lunghissimo avremmo voluto fare una doccia. Nei giorni seguenti invece non è stato un problema, l'acqua di giorno era presente in abbondanza (doccia super)."

"Das Haus liegt in einer paradiesisch schönen Anlage. Top gepflegt, zwei traumhafte Pools und direkt am Meer. Dabei sehr weitläufig, so dass man genug Privatsphäre hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder."

"Nix. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Kleinere Unannehmlichkeiten wurden zeitnah abgestellt. Vermieterin reagiert schnell und kümmert sich, wenn was nicht passt. Fanden wir gut."

Si trova su una spiaggia paradisiaca di Watamu, l'appartamento fa parte di un complesso di appartamenti dotato di servizio stireria e pulizie ogni giorno e volendo anche un cuoco personale. Ottime le rifiniture e gli arredi, situata in un ambiente di lusso fra alberi tropicali e due bellissime piscine. La parte più bella è avere poi l accesso diretto alla spiaggia e un panorama mozzafiato. Inoltre il personale è delizioso, sempre cortese e mai invadente."

"Unico neo. Non esiste l'indicazione Shell House sulla strada quindi non è facile trovarlo. L'appartamento Shell House si trova all'interno di una struttura chiamata Fortamu."

"If we were to say one thing we didn’t like it would be that we had a water issue. This was no fault to the host it was widespread issue that affected the entire area. The collaboration and communication from our host and Mercy gave us a solution that we were able to overcome. We are grateful!"

"Die Unterkunft ist ein echter Traum, und für alle die abseits von All Inclusive den Urlaub verbringen möchten eine wirklich entspannte und qualitative Aternative. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Helga unkompliziert und die Umsorgung durch Marcy die Haushälterin wunschlos. Dann noch auf Wunsch und gegen eine kleine Gebühr einen eigenen Koch haben den Aufenthalt wirklich zu einem Besonderen Erlebnis gemacht. Die Anlage hat einen wunderschön angelegten und sehr gepflegten Garten und 2 tolle Pools mit genug Platz. Auch super war die Waschmaschine im Apartment!"
