"I like the 20th floor that has a gym, pool with seaview and a large room where you can work or watch tv (that is almost empty all the time). The staff is helpful and responsive. Cleaning is two times a week. I really like that it's possible to open the curtains and get a lot of light inside the room. The kitchen part is working fine (there are enough plates / forks / etc for two people). We bring our own pan, pot and knife so I can't really comment on what was there though :). There is a nice groceries shop near, Super Duper, 10 minutes by walk and 2 minutes by tuk tuk, I recommend taking a look !"
"The cleaning staff sometimes forgot to clean our room despite having a fixed schedule, but the staff is reactive and dealt with this problem. My girlfriend complains that the room is a bit small but in my opinion, it's fine."

"First class experience as soon as I arrived. Friendly, efficient staff. Apartment cleaned daily. The location is particularly good, in an interesting neighbourhood, with lots to do and only a short Tuk Tuk ride from the majority of the other attractions. Will definitely return on my next visit."

"Very comfortable bed, clean room, friendly and helpful staff, nice pool & gym, great area with lots of restaurants within walking distance, Aeon mall also close by."
"The pool was closed for 2 days for maintenance during our stay so that was just bad timing for us. The trash can lid in the kitchen was a bit dirty. For some reason the air conditioner kept turning off in the middle of the night even though the timer was not on. There was a slight mixup with checking out as we extended for one night when we arrived and paid but on the original date of check out, they seemed to have forgotten we asked to extend and paid. It was cleared up quickly and easily though. Overall these were minor things and the stay was still very nice."
"We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment. Very spacious with great amenities. Swimming poll is nice and clean, well equipped gym and sauna. Parking in the building is an adicional bonus."
