"The location is nice, just 5mn walk to the beach. There’s also a private parking area with a nice pool. The room is cleaned and view is good too."
"I had an experience when I checked in the hotel at my second visit. I booked the room via app and paid before my departure. When I arrived at the hotel, they said they couldn’t find my reservation and asked me to contact to booking.com myself. However, after I insisted to ask the reception to final check my reservation again as I had a booking confirmation, booking ID and also a check-in ID which have been shown to them since I arrived at the reception desk. Finally, they said my reservation went to somewhere in their system (maybe) as it was already paid. Actually, it’s not such a serious but it’s a waste of time and causes a bad impact to the hotel itself. It was a heavy rain on that day and I spent almost half an hour just to wait for their checking on my reservation. The reception staff should be aware of their system and other web that they are using for the service. They should understand the process well and know where to search the reservation that has been paid or where to see the reservation that has been reserved but not yet paid. I hope the hotel be aware of this issue and improve on their reception service to provide the better service to all customers!"
