"Es gab zwei Aufzüge für die vielen Etagen und das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Wir hatten warmes Wasser in der Dusche und jeden Tag gab es 2 neue Trinkwasserflaschen. Beim einchecken muss man 20 Dollar Kaution hinterlegen."

"The place is clean and the night receptionist is the best. The water in the shower was warm and we got 2 bottles of water per day. At check out time the room is well checked by an employee, so they found we forgot a charger and gave it to us."

"The hotel takes 20 dollars as deposit to make sure you follow their rules- no smoking, no Dorian fruit and no cooking in the room, which are all legitimate requests. The problem is that it is not mentioned anywhere in booking so we didn’t know that prior to booking. I didn’t like that, it should be mentioned. In addition the first room we got had a smell of cigarettes, which was weird since they took our deposit because it’s prohibited. The night receptionist immediately offered us another room (thank you!!). And for last, the receptionist at our check-out time gave us back an old 20 dollar bill for the deposit, which pissed me off because she was clearly trying to get rid of it, and because we deposited a perfect bill since in Cambodia it is an issue. So I asked for another bill, and she tried to give me back Cambodian money. I asked for dollars back, the same currency we deposited. At the end she did give me a better 20 dollar bill, but it still left a bad taste for us."
