"Sympatický a nápomocný personál, vše naprosto čisté, úklid každý den, fungující klimatizace, dostačující snídaně, kde byl výběr ze 7 variant, v Laosu tolik potřebná služba praní, strategická poloha kousek od centra, ale přitom se ubytování nachází v klidné uličce, za branou hned u recepce stání pro skútry, velká spokojenost."

"Změny cen za ubytování, kdy jsem si přes Booking objednal pokoj na 2 noci za cca 22 USD, aby mi následně přišla zpráva, že tato cena byla pouze díky výpadku systému a skutečná cena je 35 USD a požadují, abych rezervaci zrušil. Já ve své zemi také provozuji ubytování přes Booking, takže vím, že žádný výpadek systému na tvorbu cen nemá absolutně žádný vliv, nicméně ubytování se mi líbilo, tak jsem nakonec akceptoval i tu zvýšenou cenu. Nebýt této události, zasluhovali by 11/10 :)"

"lovely room. the bathroom was great, shower partition so floor was not wet by toilet. shower gel and shampoo included. bed was big and pretty comfy. the interior of the room was lovely, big wardrobe and tv (but couldn’t work out how to change language). personal fridge. windows had french shutters and net curtains so could choose how much light you wanted. side lamp by bed for evenings. good AC. family who run it are lovely, after we checked out they let us leave our bags in their reception for a few hours. laundry service, 30,000kip per kilo. the room was cleaned everyday, bed made and coffee/tea/water replaced also new towels daily (side note the cleaning produced they used smelt SO good). breakfast between 7-9. great location, very close to lots of activities - 5 minute walk to night market and there was a temple right next door. overall no issues with noise. 100% would stay again"

"Nothing about the hotel- but the company they use to book tours are a disaster. We booked two trips, one to the train station and one to the waterfalls, both days were over subscribed and we had to sit on the floor of the bus. So book elsewhere. There’s lots of different companies you can book with."

"The best hotel we’ve stayed in so far on our trip. The family who run the hotel are so kind and friendly. They did so much for us during our stay – laundry, booking a trip to the waterfalls and booking our train tickets to Vang Vieng. The room was HUGE, clean and they even left towels and water outside our room for us when we had the do not disturb sign on the handle. Great wifi and location too. We’d 1000% recommend and we’d definitely stay there again!"
