"Room was spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. Free bicycles for use."
"It is a bit out of town, but they offer a reasonably priced shuttle"
"Beautiful hotel, and I had a room with a mountain view where the sunset. My room was big and very comfortable. There are bicycles to use, but be careful if using the red ones. They need servicing, and the back brakes doesn't work on 3/4. The headset on all four are in terrible condition. It's 6km from the real centre where the night market, restaurants, guest houses and local markets are. The hotel will taxi there and back at a discount, but it's still 100,000 kip return. I was happy to use one of the bikes as the highway has street lighting, and I took my head torch for the final section after turning off the highway. If the hotel was central I'm sure it would cost a lot more and you would lose the views. If you don't mind cycling in or getting a taxi then I would recommend you stay here."

"The breakfast needs improvements. The location Is not in the city center. It Is not 600m but 6-7km from the center. You need tò pay for a taxi. Not always they provide the transport. Quite disappointed."
"Comfort in a out-of-the-way area quite a positive surprise. And not expensive either. Appreciated the free flowing 3-in-1 Dao coffee I've become accustomed to. As well as view over looking a rice field and farm land. Good mountain bikes on free loan to visit surrounding tribes."

"The Tulip Hotel is very nice, the rooms are large and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our children really enjoyed the play paradise and the replica waterfall. However, to get into town you have to take a cab, which takes about 10 minutes."
