"Nadherny hotel primo v centru Kandy blizko jezera, chramu, trznice nadrazi. Tento hotel predcil nase ocekavani, velmi ochotny personal na recepci, v restauraci, ktery svym chovanim k hostum prevysuje kvality nekterych evropskych hotelu, kteri by se od nich mohli ucit.Doporucuji pobyt s polopenzi, protoze snidane a vecere byla vyborna a ta cena za pobyt s polopenzi je bezkonkurencni. Moc dekujeme za vse a radi se k vam vratime."

"We stayed for two nights, the Hotelroom was nice with a beautiful little balcony facing the city. The bathroom was very clean. The staff was very kind and friendly, also the breakfast was delicous. There is a nice little pool in a little garden when you walk through the hotel and the rooftop-bar is build with love, where you can sit in the evening and have a nice view of the city."

"I dont want to say anyhing bad about the staff, as they really nice, manager is really helpful. But apart feom minor details. We felt a bit awkard when dining in the restaurant almost alone and two staff members was just standing near us overcaring us too much. Its ok to be nice, but you have to give space for your a little space for your guest, guest should feel that you care of him not because of tips."

"Great location for visiting all the main sights. Extremely friendly staff and nothing was a problem. The breakfast has a great choice, the roof top bar a great place to end your evening. The pool looked very inviting, unfortunately I didn’t have time to have a quick dip"

"Great central location. Clean and spacious room. Very attentive staff, always polite and smiling. It’s got a small pool (which I’m sorry not to have used) and a rooftop bar."
"Breakfast could have been better, especially the horrible coffee. And the staff were a bit too attentive for my liking—you couldn’t even walk towards the lift without one of them racing you there to open the door for you—and sometimes to escort you up to your floor. Not very relaxing."
"Really lovely staff, and great location. Room was quite spacious. Despite being in the middle of town, our room was pretty noise proof, which was surprising because the city was very loud outside. However we weren’t one of the rooms directly backing onto the street so I can’t speak for every room. So close to the lake and plenty of good restaurants nearby!"
