"Traffic noise is an issue for some, but that’s payback for the amazing views and proximity to the beach."
"We had a room on the 3rd floor which was great because we could sit on the balcony and watch the surfers and the sunset. Vishan was sooo kind and helpful when we STUPIDLY left our passports in the safe. He looked after them & communicated well and we picked them up two days later. He didnt even want to accept the reward we offered him."
"The whole of Mirissa is very crowded with tourists so come at a quieter time of year if you prefer fewer tourists."

"My favourite part was having a view of the beach daily. Bedroom is basic but has a strong ac which is good. Water pressure for the shower was also strong. Towel and a bar of soap is provided, note no shampoo provided. Owner was very helpful with suggestions and also helped to book a tuk tuk for an early morning train ride. I also bought milk and yoghurt for daily meals and could keep it in the communal fridge. If you are not a fan of crowds, consider going at the end of Oct just before peak season starts. It was not very crowded."

"The staff was amazingly kind and helpful. We asked for extra towels and not only they gave them to us but they brought clean ones the following day, without us asking them. Free drinking water was available to us to refill our bottles, which is a huge plus. The view from our balcony was fantastic, right overlooking the ocean."

"Hotel in a great location, it's minutes from the beach and we were upgraded to a sea view room which was fab. It has everything you need and is a good base to explore Mirissa, plus the staff are delightful and very helpful. Great value for money given its amazing location."
