"Breakfast was acceptable; The gentleman host was friendly and offered us the use of their bikes - which we didn't take up because the bikes were too tall. It was nice to have our own door and sitting area. Garden was pretty."
"Lighting was very low in the main room; There are pools/pots of still water all over their garden so there were a LOT of mosquitos; We ran out of spray and had to buy more. Communication on the day we arrived was not great; No idea if wifi was available - no one told us. This was the only hotel in Sri Lanka where we saw a cockroach inside the room. Location - too far to walk from centre - lots of barking dogs in the neighbourhood that would partially chase us when we walked."
"It was clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff and a superb environment surrounded by greenery. Though slightly far from the main road, it’s a great place to stay."

"The place is in a really nice location sorrounded by nature and very close to Polonnaruwa ancient city. The room is very big and clean and the owners are really nice and they prepared us a great dinner. If you go during the summer I recommend to choose the room with air conditioner."

"A beautiful clean little guest house tucked away in rural Polonnaruwa. The family who runs it is absolutely lovely. Made a great Sri Lankan breakfast and during my visit , suggested a festival to go to for Vessak that turned out to be beyond my expectations."

"Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Das Guesthouse ist wirklich sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man die Ruinen besichtigen möchte, da es nah am Ausgang lokalisiert ist. Ich hab für einen kleinen Aufpreis ein Fahrrad gemietet und hab die Zeit vor Ort sehr genossen. Für den Preis hat es meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Nach WLAN habe ich nicht gefragt, kann dazu also nichts sagen."

"Nette Familie mit wertvollen Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und es war sauber. Schöner Garten, warme Dusche und zur unserer großen Freude gab es einen Wasserschieber im Bad. Wir konnten unsere Wäsche draußen zum trocknen aufhängen. Aufgrund der vielen positiven Dinge haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt."
"Das zu den Speisen gebrachte Wasser kostete extra ohne dass es vorher kommuniziert wurde. Die Preise sind jedoch normal (200 Lkr). Uns fehlte lediglich eine transparente Preisübersicht."
