"Ubytování bylo velice příjemné. Pan hostilel se staral večer o zábavu a při výborné večeři nám hrál na bubny. Vzal nás na procházku po okolí. Zařídil nám Jeep do safari , o nic jsme se nemuseli starat. Možnost půjčení skútra. Na to že jsme byli ve stanu, cítila jsem se jako kdybych byla v chatce. Jestli pojedu ještě někdy do Yala safari, ubytuji se určitě tady."

"Naprosto skvělý hostitel. Po příjezdu nám bylo poskytnuto lehké občerstvení, po zabydlení nás vzal na prohlídku jeho zahrady včetně ochutnávky melounů a také na procházku částí parku, která dříve patřila jeho rodině. Měli jsme večeři a snídani a obojí bylo výborné, vařené přímo hostitelem. Ubytování vřele doporučuji!"

"Amazing jungle experience with an attentive host. Great traditional evening meal. Host arranged YALA safari for us by prior arrangement Lovely set up with hammocks, swing, camp fire and farm. Children would love it! Host is a talented drummer."

"Thoroughly recommend staying here - the hosts/family were so friendly and welcoming and made our stay for our honeymoon extra special. The food was great, and the remote location (yet close to the national park) meant an authentic jungle stay as an escape from everyday life."

"Very nice place close to Yala national park. I stayed one night, and had a tasty lunch and dinner. Lots of food. The host is very friendly. Took me on a motorbike ride to see animals and the ocean. Two nice dogs and cats at the property. The dogs joined me on a walk. Next morning I went on a safari he organized. Much luck. Saw leopard, crocodile, elephants and other animals. Nice experience. Highly recommend."

"On arrival, we were taken on a walk around the farm and Yala National Park while listening to lots of stories. We even got to pick our own fresh veggies for dinner on the way back. We stayed for 2 nights and dinner and breakfast both days were amazing and amongst our favourite food on our trip. The full day safari that was organised for us came with a fabulous driver and guide and we were lucky enough to see leopard, bear, elephants, buffalos, mongoose and a vast array of birds. After dinner, we loved joining in playing the drums and having lots of laughs. We had the most gorgeous little mud hut which was so cool and comfy, and the grounds are a quiet oasis to relax after a big day on safari. We cannot fault anything about this place as we absolutely loved it."

"Perfect family getaway at Padmi Villa! We travelled to Weligama, Sri Lanka with our teenager in February 2025 and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The second floor was exclusively for our family, and the space was perfect. The location is fantastic, and the host family were invaluable in helping us discover the best local spots. They were incredibly responsive and always willing to help with any questions. The villa is well-equipped, and the kitchen made it easy to prepare our own meals.
