"Na prvním místě personál. Pán, který se o nás během pobytu staral, byl neskutečně milý, ochotný a vstřícný. Když jsme chtěli k snídani ještě trochu mléka a on zjistil, že mu došlo, okamžitě běžel do obchodu další koupit. Poslední den jsme si mohli nechat zavazadla v pokoji až do 16:00 a opustit pokoj v této odpoledni hodině. Nebyl s tím žádný problém. Ručníky, toaletní potřeby, fén, klimatizace, zároveň pohodlná postel i polštáře. V celém Riadu to neustále příjemně vonělo vonnými svíčkami. :)"

"Nedostatek čerstvého vzduchu v pokoji. Ale je to tím, že ubytování je typu Riad - tzn. z pokoje nemají okno ven do ulice, ale do vnitra domu na chodbu. Řešili jsme to otevřeným oknem na chodbu a klimatizací."

"I liked everything about this Riad. It’s really beautiful and the location is great as it’s inside the medina but in a very quiet area so there was no noises during the night. It has heating and hot shower for the winter. The breakfast was delicious and rich with different options everyday and including fruit. The best of all is the staff. Ali and the women working there are extremely helpful, kind and considerate. This was definetly the best place we could have stayed and highly recommend it to everyone."
