"too much rules with fines for the breaches before staying, doesn't make you feel very welcome. No AC in the room, but I believe it is in progress to establish. The location is good and bad at the same time, coz you have to climb a lot when returning, but it is Monaco, love it or hate it :)"

Very loud, so it is impossible to open the window. That's the problem in the whole Monaco because of never-ending traffic of the sport cars, motorcycles and scooters and loud because of ugly corrupted building(such a shame for Monaco as the Principality)."

The staff was very friendly and attentive, which created a homely atmosphere. In the room, I found thoughtful compliments from the hotel — Italian chocolate, French champagne, and two bottles of mini water, adding a special touch to my stay.
