"We had a wonderful stay at this clean, newly built apartment in Budva. The host was attentive and responsive, promptly addressing all our questions throughout our visit. The location is ideal - there are restaurants and grocery stores within easy walking distance, and the Old Town is just a 25-minute stroll away. Having parking included was a great bonus."

"Our vacation and stay in the apartment went very well, and the room photos matched the actual room. It's designed for 1-2 adults and a child up to 7 years old. It's not designed for 3 adults; look elsewhere. The staff reads our reviews and does everything possible to address any concerns. The kitchen has all the necessary kitchen utensils (spoons, forks, knives, plates), a decent frying pan, a pot, a kettle, even a spatula, and salt; there's no sugar or ground pepper yet. The electric stove worked perfectly, but it's only for one pot or pan. The bed linens and towels are clean and fresh. The location is excellent, with mountain views. The staff is always available and accommodates your requests whenever possible; we were allowed to check out at 12 noon. The weather was great, and the sea was warm."

"The photo of the building itself didn't reflect the reality; there's no cafe on the ground floor, and the shower tiles are very slippery, especially when wet, so be careful."

"There were no curtains on the “kitchen” window, which makes you wake up very early, and there was no shower gel or toilet paper upon our arrival. The cleanliness of the bathroom and furniture could be improved, and the place is not very well equipped, making it unsuitable for a longer stay."
