"Hotel ve výborné lokalitě, pláž přímo před hotelem, jen je nutné přejít silnici. Pokoj byl sice menší, možná nadbytečně zastavěný nábytkem. Součástí byl balkon s pohledem do klidné zahrady, který nám přišel vhod. Výborné snídaně i večeře, které byly podávány na prostorné kryté terase s úchvatným pohledem na Ohridské jezero. Velmi milý a ochotný personál, zajištěné, ale trochu komplikované parkování. Na pláži hotelová lehátka s polstry, případně i slunečníky. Štěrková pláž, čistě udržovaná, bylo možno si zde i objednat občerstvení z hotelu ke stolkům s židlemi a slunečníkem - prostě PARÁDA! Hned vedle hotelu se nachází malý obchůdek se smíšeným zbožím."

The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the view was simply breathtaking — waking up to Lake Ohrid was unforgettable. The breakfast was fresh, high-quality, and thoughtfully prepared. "Onsite parking can be a bit of a problem because of the good quality on-site restaurant of the hotel. Would be great to be able to get some non dairy milk for coffee or tea."

"While traveling as a family of four with two small children, we usually look for buffet-style dining options. Our daughters are picky eaters, and satisfying their tastes can be challenging, even at home. Choosing something from a menu often ends up being a fiasco. At this amazing hotel, we experienced exceptional understanding in the restaurant. Since we couldn't read the menu in Albanian and didn't know what to order, the incredibly welcoming staff assisted us, turning a typically problematic situation into a delightful experience. Dining here was delicious, and the staff made us feel comfortable and well-cared for. We highly recommend booking accommodation at this hotel with half board."

"The room: the sheets were too short; no shelves in the cupboard and only 3 hangers. The cupboard was filled with pillows and duvets, so no space at all for our luggage. We had to live out of our suitcase."
