"Security, front desk, housekeeping and room service staff were very friendly and helpful. All spoke very good English. Despite it was Thingyan holiday and hotel was nearly fully booked, the room was quiet. The hotel has several restaurant outlets and a small convenience store on the groundfloor, so no need to go out if you don't want to. There is a big shopping mall abt. 5 min walk away, with plenty of shops and restaurant. If you need a taxi, security staff will call it for you, no need to go to main road."
"If you are on a business trip and book a large suite (70 squaremeter !) the writing desk is rather small, and same size like in the normal room, even though there would be plenty of space for a larger desk."
"Choice of selection very good Staff very polite n helpful"
"Unfortunately was closed for dinner so I cannot comment"
"Very serviceminded staff and helpful, clean room and excellent restaurants"

"I had a wonderful stay here. The breakfast is excellent and keeps you full for the entire day. There are also a few supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. The manager, Hsu Lae, and Ye Myint went above and beyond to help me when I needed it. Because of them, I would definitely choose this accommodation again."
