"This hotel is quite contradictory. We came mainly for the sea view, and in that sense it delivered - the sea view room was great, the view itself is beautiful, the room is spacious, and there is a nice balcony. Everything about that part was excellent. However, there is a major issue - there is a landfill nearby (possibly for the whole island). On the first day, the smell was so strong that it was almost impossible to breathe. As you can imagine, it also made it impossible to enjoy the balcony and the sea view. Interestingly, there is no smell in the city itself only around the hotel. The staff are aware of this issue, but there’s nothing they can do, so it’s something to keep in mind. Aside from that, the view is amazing, and the breakfast is very good - fresh omelets made to order, good selection of cold cuts, and tasty smoked salmon. The hotel feels spacious, and there are three restaurants with different cuisines. The spa is good."

"The landfill nearby is the main problem - when the wind blows in that direction, the smell makes it very uncomfortable to stay outside. No bathrobes provided for the spa. No complimentary water in the spa - you have to buy it. The spa itself is not very well thought out: • The pool is very warm and quite shallow, so it’s difficult to actually swim. • The entire spa area is too warm - there is no contrast after the sauna. • The pool is warm, the jacuzzi is hot, and even the air temperature is high - you don’t really feel the need to go into the sauna. Balcony lights cannot be turned off until midnight. If you go to sleep earlier (around 10–11 PM), it can be inconvenient, although curtains help. There is also not much to do around the hotel. It’s fine for a short stay if you plan to take taxis and explore other cities. Maybe better in high season for beach, but overall the surrounding area is quite empty."

"The room was overlooking the sea, quite spacious and clean. The building is not exactly new, it is obvious that a few years have passed over it. The breakfast was quite substantial, with enough options. The staff was very friendly and we didn't encounter any problems."

"When I made the reservation I requested a cot for a baby and I received a reply that the request was approved. In return, I found nothing in the room. This shows that they do not pay attention to the guests. The hotel is very nicely positioned, but far from any objective. Inside it there are 3 restaurants, but you want diversity. You can't find anything on the menu for a child under 3 years old. We didn't get along at all with the people at Vecchia Napoli where we asked for something and got something else. If you need a shop you have to go by bus or a Bolt."

"Suggest; The hotel should do like a loyalty scheme For example more then 7 times stay (2 nights min ) you get a discount on stay or spa 🤔 😉 or upgrade room ( I don't know if they do ! ) but it most likely be appreciated i think 🤔 Beautiful hotel !!!! Good staff 👏 👍"
