"Perfect location, the beach is only a few minutes from the apartment. We had a very spacy and cozy apartment with a balcony, the air condition was working very well. Strong WiFi. The Host(s) are very kind, helpful and available if you need something. We had an amazing stay!"

"We were not bothered by it much since we were out most days but if you are sensitive to noise, be mindful of the fact that there is currently a construction site right behind the apartment. Those with heavier luggage should also note that there is no lift - however, the staircase is wide enough, so we were fine with hauling our luggage upstairs."

"We initially booked for a week but ended up extending for another week because we liked it so much. Bina is a great host and made it very easy to extend when we asked. The apartment is on a quiet street and very close to the beach, restaurants and bars, comfortable with everything you need. Should we return we'll definitely be back. "From the moment we entered the gate and the warm welcome we received from Bina, we knew that we were going to like the apartment ! The room felt new, fresh, light with more than enough space for the two of us . The bathroom was just how we like a bathroom ...clean and modern. The location was perfect , in a quiet street just off the beach road (less than five minutes walk to the fabulous beach) Most of the restaurants of Flic en Flac were also located around the corner on the beach road. There was also a good bar on the corner of the street. If we were to return to Flic en Flac , this would certainly be our choice. Excellent !"

"Everything about this place was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent advice and assistance by our host. Their warmth, hospitality and friendliness was way beyond what we expected. The house /apartment that we were in was private, homely and inviting. We had stunning food recommendations of where to order the best of Mauritian food. – Thank you! We were in walking distance from the beaches. We walked to the most stunning restaurants, craft shops, grocery store etc, catamaran excursions bookings places were down the road. Access to all essentials was so convenient. A real Sea side Island city party like holiday feelings in the air all the time! Weather was stunning and we were in shorts and beach wear most of the time – enjoying the glorious Sun! "It's well known the beach in Flic en Flac gets lively at weekends. Le Kokoti is located on a road which runs opposite the beachfront so you avoid the raw noise of the cars speeding on the Coastal Road as well as the loud music played by the crowds. You're close enough that you'll still hear it, but it is slightly dulled! Less than a 5 minutes from apartment door to the beach front and a 10 minute walk to the Jumbo Express Supermarket and a wealth of food places in between. Nice secure location with a large key gate to the property, before a coded entry door to the building, which leads to your apartment (also needs a key). Our host, Bina, was always contactable and quickly resolved a minor issue which came up with the bedding. She even shared information about an adverse weather alert which was useful as tourists we're not subscribed to those types of alerts and it allowed us to plan better."

"It would have been nice to provide soap in the bathrooms. I was lucky my flight got me in when the shops were still open but some of our party arrived after midnight and it would have been a huge inconvenience to have to wait until the morning. It's a small thing but it can make a big impact! The WiFi in F1A had an extremely weak signal throughout the apartment. We were lucky we rented two apartments as I was able to use the WiFi signal from the apartment above when I needed to work in the living room."
