"The cleanliness standards of the facility in general. The apartment we were living in needs a spring (thorough) cleaning, including wiping off (dusting off) the furniture and fingerprints. The drainage system needs some caustic soda as they cause unbearable smell in the unit. I had to sweep the floor on our first hour of arrival in the unit as the floor was scratchy with no shoes or socks. I believe that the lady who assists with cleaning can still do more than she has been doing."

"Excellent Location - Friendly and attentive owner - Accommodation got all facilities as you would expect. The owner gives a good induction once you arrive. - On our request, Owner provided a water dispenser at an extra cost of MUR250 per 18.9L water bottle, which was very helpful. (You need plenty of bottled water in hot weather🤣) - The owner helped us to arrange a taxi for all our tours around the island. We could have hired a car, but taxi was a stress free option."

"Overall, no complaint as such. Only minor issues are: - Cleaning could be a bit better. It was a bit dusty when we arrived. The cleaning lady comes twice a week and is very friendly & nice. - Washing machine was old & dated. It was okay as such, but looks like time to replace. - There was droplets of water coming from top in one bedroom, but it didn't cause us any inconvenience. It was a very minor issue, so no problem as such. --There was no toiletries (e.g. shampoo, conditioner, soaps etc.) & kitchen basics (kitchen towel, oil, salt & pepper) etc. when we arrived (not as we usually expect in western Europe),, but we could buy them locally after we arrive. May be it is as per usual standard in Mauritius..so, no complaint."
