Obrovská rozmanitost jídla a pití. Nejmilejší personál, a to na každé pozici v celém rezortu. Příroda neskutečná. Šnorchlování pár metrů od břehu. Žraloci, rejnoci, spousta ryb a korálů. Tahle dovolená se bude těžko překonávat…"

"Jediný malinký nedostatek byl společný bazén u baru a restaurace. Už je na něm bohužel vidět zub času. Mozaika obkladaček je na některých místech (u vstupu, okolo i na dně) opadaná a polámaná, takže se nám hned první den propíchl dětský kruh a já jsem si rozřízl palec u nohy. Další dny už jsme byli opatrní, tak bylo vše bez problému. Možná i díky tomu, byl ale celý bazén většinou jen pro nás😀. Chápu náročnost opravy bazénu, ale chtělo by to vyřešit co nejdříve…"

"We liked the gardens. They very very well maintained, with clean borders, impressive shrubbery and amazing large trees. The main restaurant was very good food wise, good choice and nearby bar was also very nice & chilled. Good drinks & professional Staff. Musicians DJ also good. Room view escape 507 was excellent too."

"Smelly petrol engined boat floating too close to our villa, disturbing our tranquility. Also at dinner when sitting outside @ main restaurant. You say hotel is eco friendly. This certainly is not. The smelly highly polluting boat should not be allowed to pass so close to the resort. Also you need parasols at the tables in the main & Aqua restaurant. This would allow people to be outside when the sun is shining. It beggars belief that you have all these tables outside unused because there is no shade. If you want to be seen as a luxury hotel these things are minimum standards."

"Personal manager/host assigned at arrival - Misbah did a great job organising our stay, always in touch and efficient. Wi-fi - speedy and practically everywhere on the island/residences. Doesn’t get busy even at full capacity - you hardly see other people except for food. Forest friends - bunnies, cats, geese, parakeets, even a couple of flying foxes. Unfortunately, the forest also meant mosquitos. The size of the villa wrt price is above the market. Villas are fully detached. Great dive centre - shout out to Antonio and Nasif. Resident marine biologists who you can help plant a coral frame ✬. Spa therapists are very skilled, big thanks to Pema for restoring me after an exhausting diving trip. Food is good, particularly the specialty restaurants, but dishes not replenished towards the end of the buffet times + see below for hygine. A fairly good house reef, particularly for turtle sighting."

"The entire hotel is in great need of renovation, particularly taps, mirrors and doors. Kettle in our room short-circuited. The pool tiles were crumbling and we even found a massive glass shard (thankfully not in our feet). One of the wooden step to the sea was snapped, so massive splinters are waiting for your legs too. Sadly, based on other reviews, the refurbishment has been raised for years, but the hotel never did it. The design of the water villa (and seemingly other villas) is also questionable. The interior and exterior are oppressively dark, aided by very poor lighting (reading after sunset is out of the question). The step to the bed is guaranteed to trip you at night and break your toes/heels. The wooden floors are an ice rink when wet. We were concerned about kitchen hygiene after we saw even the open kitchen chefs touch/use same utensils for both raw and cooked ingredients, but we raised it with the head chef, saw immediate improvement and had no digestion issues. The hotel staff team would benefit from a collective guest interaction guideline. Half are gloomy, half affable, but very few make a pleasant conversation. Besides the hotel however, there are 3 other parties operating on the island: a dive centre, water sports and marine biologists. These guys are more outgoing, particularly the biologists, but the water sports guy seemed afraid bit wary of us. The hotel, water sports and the biologists all organise snorkelling trips with vastly different prices, so on top of the normal Maldivian planning, you may end up performing a market research and 3x the bargaining. Marine biologists are much needed, and the hotel actively pushes for a conservation campaign, yet every day the water is covered by some refuse and there are 5 formats of in-house fishing. Meanwhile, snorkelling with mantas (with one of the best spots only 10 mins away by speedboat) is not ordinarily offered at all."
