"The resort location (right on the beach) and the facilities / buildings were all brilliant. The pools were lovely and the ease of moving from one area to another was great. So many lovely places to eat within the resort and the grounds were kept in great shape. Really beautifully designed."
"We had to move room as we had a 12 week old baby with us and we were put on the second floor with no lift. It was difficult planning getting baby pram up and down the stairs, carry the new born and hold the toddlers hand. Very dangerous. We were moved on our 3rd day. The moving rooms took 4 hours to get sorted and all the children were extremely upset hungry and exhausted by the time we got into our new room. The children didn't get dinner as a result. The baby's cot wasn't moved over. It was extremely disappointing and we wasted a whole evening waiting on staff to organise the move at 6pm. It was 10pm and we still didn't have the cot and the new room was flooded. Eventually it was sorted but the evening was ruined. Otherwise our stay was great, but this put such a dampner on one of our evenings."

"Jag tyckte om att det fanns dagliga aktiviteter på hotellet allt från zumba, volleyboll, salsa m.m. All personal var super trevlig och maten var bäst på seaside grill. Det bästa gänget var gänget som skötte dagliga aktiviteter särskilt Erick & Vicktor! De var super trevliga, skämtsamma och välkomnande. Saknar gänget redan & kommer rekommendera boendet vidare!!"
"Hmm. Dålig upplevelse från den mexikanska delen men i stort sett var allt bra. Tråkigt med mycket sjögräs på stranden men vi fick det förklarat av Vicktor orsak osv."

"On the beach! We enjoyed a “preferred” status with a special section of beach. All of our encounters with staff were exceptionally pleasant. Shout out to Devvy, Daniel, Lorenzo, Christopher, Ricardo, and many others. Appreciation and compliments to everyone."
