"Výborná poloha hotelu u pláže, krásný bazén i pro děti, nádherný výhled z pokoje na celý záliv kde se rozkládá celé Acapulco. Teplé moře, příjemný písek."
"Každý den byly v hotelu filmaři, kteří zabírali určitou část hotelu, bazénu nebo i část pláže, bylo to omezující. Poslední den pobytu nejezdil výtah do přízemí. Museli jsme nést kufry jedno patro po schodech."

"Housekeeping was wonderful! Pool staff was great. Bell staff was great! this was our 14th year in Acapulco (did not come in 2024). We usually stay at Fiesta Americana but we did not this year due to too much confusion about reopening and very high rates. We were very happy with Emporio. It was a real hotel with a vibrant lobby! Location was fabulous."
"Last 3 nights (we were there 13) the screaming baby was very irritating. All night long. Somehow when we checked in my name was entered incorrectly as Kate Peraza Sanchez - even though it was correct in the booking and on my credit card! My name is Kate Pera but in your system ( restaurant receipts and internet) it was incorrect. Very bothersome."

"The room was spacious with a great view over Acapulco bay. The location is in the centre of the main strip - close to many restaurants and shops. The check-in process was quick and easy - we arrived late in the evening, so there was no queue. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The buffet breakfast is had a wide range of food, including eggs cooked to order."

"Had 2 pools, amazing children pool snaked around in a circle with slides and pirate ship water jets and a swim up bar and and island with bar restaurant and loungers on and around the whole pool, the other pool was for adults calm and relaxing with loungers all around both tropical plants all around which led to the beach area with little thatched lounges sheds ?? with bar services"
