"Velice zajímavě řešený hotel s atriem uprostřed, kde rostou velké rostliny - velmi příjemné. Využili jsme i bazén. Pokoje čisté, postele pohodlné, voda na pokoji na uvítanou. Velmi blízko centra plného obchůdků, nedaleko Palenque pyramidy (před nimi úžasná restaurace El Panchan - levné a vynikající jídlo), Cascády Roberto Bárrios."

"City center, close to main road and restaurants and groceries. We have room on inside, so no any road noise in that case. Room is big. Beds are comfortable. Shower was not perfect, but after 10 minutes You can get warm water. You can get free coffee in the morning. WIFI speed is good"

"The location if you travel by bus or coach was brilliant being opposite the ADO/Collectivo terminal. $25 each way for a Collectivo to the Palenque ruins. Pool was good and a welcome cool off after a hot humid day at the ruins. The room was a good size and the beds comfortable."

"We are getting on in years and had 40 steps to negotiate to our room (10 blocks of 4). There are no bell boys or any staff to help carry one's luggage. and currently no lift. Aircon control in the room did not work as regards controlling temperature or fan speed so pretty useless."

"Spacious room. Great beds with cotton sheets and hard mattresses. Nice shower as well! We only stayed one night, was great for that!"

"It was an ok stay. We were given the room literally next to the pool. After understanding that we wouldn't have quiet there, we requested to change the room and this was done with no problem. If you arrive early, like we did, they won't give you the room even if the hotel is empty, which is a bit annoying but understandable, just to pay almost a full night to check in early does not make sense. Even so, they let us use the facilities with no problem before and after check in, which we were greateful for. There's also water to fill in your bottles."

"The rooms don't feel very clean, there were mosquitoes everwhere, especially in the bathroom. The beds were a bit hard but we had a good sleep anyway."
