"The room was clean. The lobby staff was very respectful and courteous. The cleaning crew was very polite and kind. The IT maintenance guy was very helpful. The hotel has a good location and a great view. We stayed in the 9th floor and we had an incredible view. The included breakfast was good too."
"The TV was small and the antenna didn't work but we were able to watch netflix. The room smelled humid but it wasn't super bad. It changed when we turned the a/c on and opened the curtains."

Rooms are very old, poor equipment, uncomfortable beds, mold in the bathroom, poor quality hygiene stuff such a shower gel. Smoke alarms are chirping everywhere like there is a shortage of batteries. Every room I was given had something wrong. Overpriced room for the state of the hotel. Overpriced food at the breakfast Bistro and rooftop restaurant. The rooftop restaurants Arrachera made for a all night bowl sitting session the poor housekeeping girl had to clean up."
