"Really enjoyed our stay, room was comfortable and clean, location very close Ave de La Revolution( walkable) Very close to Restaurant Ricardo's Centro with excellent food and 24/7. Parking available and a security guard on site. We would certainly go back"

"Due to the state of the sewage pipes in general, you can’t throw toilet paper in the toilet, a little notice by the toilet would have been helpful. Problem was solved quickly though and this will affect many places you go to. Definitely not a deterrent to going back ."

"One block off Rev, less noisy. Next to medium priced good restaurant been there 60 years. Stayed there before and rooms were worn. Maybe I got a room in the newer wing or maybe they redid them but noticeable better. Good off street parking. “Good” neighborhood for TJ. On site security guard at night."

"Loved our stay here. Close enough to Avenida Revolucion but in a much quieter area. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Lovely staff. Will definitely stay again."

"I like the fact that it was in close proximity to Revolution Street and restaurants. Room was very clean and well kept and the free use of Netflix was a plus."

"The location is excellent, the bed comfy, but the carpets and the bedding were dirty. The room needs to be cleaned and the carpets washed, but other than that was a great stay."

"The check in process is very slow, but I understand they have to check the credit card and the ID many times, these days you don't know if someone is real with a real way of payment."

"Parking is excellent. Office is open 24 hours and available by phone as needed. Location allows access to many stores and restaurants in the area. The Zaragoza will often allow early check in depending on room availability."

"Easy free parking, front desk is always available, nice breakfast/lunch restaurant, rooms are in great condition and the hotel is in the Central close to good restaurants and shops"

"The location of this hotel is Perfect! It’s walking distance from so many amazing restaurants and a short drive from the airport while being quiet at night. Nice firm mattress which my husband loves and good water pressure. It was very comfortable and we appreciated that it has AC as well. The tv also came with Netflix which was so great! The staff were very attentive, accommodating, and super nice."

"There were a few stains on the carpet and for a king size bed I wish we had a few more pillows as ours were kind of flat. Also the mini fridge in the room was really small, hardly big enough for a take out box. I saw better, newer mini fridges in other rooms and think ours just needed to be updated"
