"the food and drinks are quite overpriced. the service on the bar area is pretty bad. at the beach area there’s no one to help with the umbrellas if needed. the food variety is not local, they only serve international food in their menu. the music is quite loud, is not really a family oriented hotel or relaxing hotel, is rather a party/club hotel."

"From the moment you step in everyone makes you feel welcome and the views from the lobby are spectacular. The hotel has recently been renovated and it's really nice and clean. Housekeeping was amazing, top notch service and the amenities in the hotel were great. There is a closed out area at the Beach for all hotel guests."
"Its somewhat of a party hotel since the beachclub is right there. Don't expect peace and quiet at the pool or beach when you book it. The music continues well into the evening hours. Service at the beach was somewhat lacking, we put an order in but the server never brought our drinks. We tried again the next day and it was the same story so we just gave up...."
"The location is good. We were able to walk to restaurants. The beach is just steps below the hotel, beyond the pool. The rooms were just as pictured. The hotel itself is beautiful and well designed. The rooms are exactly as pictured and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful."
"Breakfast was too expensive. The pool area is separate from the hotel and the pool staff are required to be aggressive with the bill every time you order a drink. It became an issue for our entire group of 12. Also, the massage I got at the spa was not up to the standards of the price they charge."
