One Cancun Centro

"Hotel jsme brali jako zastávku mezi příletem do Cancunu a přesunem do hlavního hotelu. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsme přiletěli v noci, nemělo smysl se v noci přesouvat do resortu a jenom se tam vyspat. Tady jsme se vyspali a hned ráno jsme přejeli do resortu."

"Na pokoji jsme byli 4 osoby, byl opravdu malý. Typově by odpovídal 3* standardu i v Evropě. Nebyli jsme z hotelu nijak nadšeni, ani překvapeni. Snídaně nás zaskočila, protože jsme zvyklí na pečivo, které tady dostupné nebylo. Tedy za nás i snídaně velmi slabá. Pro náš účet, pro který jsme hotel zvolili byl ale hotel dostačující. Na více dnů bych v něm ubytovaný být nechtěl."

"Breakfast a little limited (compared to other stays elsewhere), but overall ok. One bedside table was a little dirty from someone else’s cup (wet with coffee or other drink). Floor was a little dusty: I opened my trolley on the floor and could feel the dust as I moved it. Afterwards the trolley surface was dusty and I had to clean it with wetted paper"

"The young man at check in was very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our bags as we arrived a few hours before check in. The beds were comfy and the hotel and room were clean. Excellent value for money and we would stay there again."

"We asked for a wakeup call and taxi booking for a very early flight. Unfortunately this wasnt done and we had to arrange a taxi in the morning however staff did this for us. Free bkfst was included with our stay but we left very early. It would have been nice to have been given perhaps a juice and muffin."
