"One thing I could definitely bring up is this time for my stay I was very happy to have a TV with an HDMI cord connection. Last time I stayed my rooms TV did not have the HDMI connection. This is important to be able to connect my streaming devices to watch my TV like back at home. Something small but important."

"Our favorite Hotel in Hermosillo - it has the kindest Staff we've encountered in the Amercias so far. Everyone puts themselves to be the best ambassador of México and Hermosillo you could wish for. Once per day you get asked if there is something not working correctly at your room and they send immediately a technician to you who fixes it, unbelievably well maintained house. The architecture is clever as it traps the wind and makes the pool area cooler than outside of the hotel. Pool cleaning everyday but...."
