"Excellent Hotel, Staff, Services, Location, Food, Breakfast. Really Enjoyed my Stay. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anybody travelling to Pemba. Airport pick-up and drop-off service was also helpful. Raphael Hotel has done well, and hopefully will continue to do well, because of their outstanding service."

"The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The pizza at the meat restaurant is very good as is the breakfast. The room is comfortable and we felt at home."
"The Wi-Fi is very weak. The air conditioning in room 1160 was not cold. But it is worth recognizing the effort of the staff to resolve the issue. The power in the room went out after I plugged in my laptop and it was only after two hours that they suggested to change rooms."
