"Fantastic space to chill out in. Lovely apartment within walking distance of the Ticabus stop and the cute town square. The host family were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us - they were very kind and helped out with laundry. The kitchen was especially well equipped, the lounge and tv room were light and airy and the bedroom air con worked a treat - the bed was really comfortable."

"The space was spacious and extremely clean! We really enjoyed the location, which was close to everything but situated in a quiet area. Arturo was a fantastic host! We stopped in Rivas due to an issue with the and he arranged for a mechanic who came and fixed it the next day. Highly recommended!"

"Amazing apartment in Rivas, very safe location just close to TICA bus or Central line bus. Also walking distance to Central Park or Iglesia. The owners were very friendly and helpful. You have nice kitchen, free coffee or laundry. Supermarket Maxi Pali is also close to walk there."

"Amazing value for money, the place was spotless and everything we needed was there. The host was so kind and attentive and helped organise a taxi to the port for the morning. Walking distance to the square and centre for restaurants and shop. 10/10 stay, we would definitely come back!"

"We had a fabulous stay here! It was the perfect place for our onward travels back to Costa Rica. Arturo and his family are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The apartment is huge, extremely clean and well furnished. It’s located near the park and lots of great restaurants. Highly recommend staying here if you need a place in Rivas. We even got a lift to our bus stop the next day."

"We had a one night stay in order to catch the bus to Costa Rica the next morning. The accommodation was very close to the bus stop and supermarket. The apartment was wonderful. It was clean, spacious, got airconditioning and two TVs to choose from on which we could relax and watch Netflix, breaking up our journey to Costa Rica. The hosts were extremely kind, brought us coffee and to top it all off drove us to the bus stop the next morning. I would definitely recommend!"

Arturo was so incredibly welcoming and helped me arrange a taxi to the border after my shuttle was cancelled last minute, and did absolutely everything to help me with whatever I needed. The best hospitality I’ve ever experienced through booking.com. Do not hesitate to book this absolute gem of a place. 11/10"
