"Perfektní poloha hotelu, blízko hlavních památek hned u kanálu. Velice milý a vstřícný pan recepční, který se vším poradil a pomohl při koupi vstupenek do muzea a na loď. Dále snídaňová paní, vždy usměvavá. Snídaně odpovídá 3*, nečekejte nic teplého, ale dalo se vybrat. Parkoviště Q-park hned za rohem, ca 3 min. chůze, hotel ho nabízí se slevou, parkoviště na den 37 EUR místo 50."

"Neskutečně měkké matrace, ze kterých v noci padáte. Kdo máte rádi tvrdší, tak se nevyspíte. Žádná skříň, místo na kufr a hlavně žádné odvětrávání v koupelně, tím pádem stále mokré a zatuchlé ručníky, které nešly pověsit ani v pokoji nikam. Bohužel ani žádné poličky v koupelně na odkládání kosmetiky. Celkově bych dala max. 6 bodů za tyto nedostatky, avšak personál byl dokonalý, to už se nevidí, proto dávám celkově 10 díky recepci."

It was very comfortable and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very kind and they came to help us with a taxi to return to the airport."
