"There was no breakfast available during my stay as it was during the big festival week of Dashain and staff were away. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom too, with a great hot shower. Having a kettle and plate in the room was really helpful. The location is very good for easy access (on foot) to Asura Cave, Dakshinkali Temple and Vajrayogini Temple."

"The host was really in a hurry during check-in although I had arrived on time (12pm) and this didn't feel very welcoming. I guess he wanted to rush off to the festivities. With the layout of the rooms on the same floor and the shared bathroom of the other two rooms, there was a lot of noise."

"We are very happy with our month-long stay at Pharping Homestay & Cafe. The location is excellent, close to the main street, but still far enough away from it not to be disturbed by the traffic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. A real bonus is the terrace on the top floor, with a nice view of the surroundings. We sat there every morning to have our breakfast in the sun. We highly recommend this place."

"The booking said there’d be an attached bathroom in the room with balcony but there wasn’t. It was outside the room in the landing so that was a slight negative but I was assured that only I would use that bathroom which was honoured so overall not much to say I didn’t like"
