"Elevator was not working so quite annoying to carry the luggage to the 3rd floor. Shampoo and shower gel was empty. Payment process quite unusual as i had to use a link they provided."

"Excellent location in the old town. Nice styling, quality interior. Room was quite small (and the 3rd bed would be problematic for many as it is up a vertical ladder, 8ft above the tiled floor - we didn't need it so no issue for us). There was a tiny kitchenette on 3rd floor but no shared lounge space as expected, that was on 2nd floor and seemed to be only for those rooms. We used the fridge there though as there wasn't one on 3rd floor. Staff at the bar were really helpful and friendly. They also had a great offer on house wine! We were able to use the washing machine on asking, very helpful. We had no issues with noise on 3rd floor despite it being the weekend."

"No curtain at the high up window - the first night it was almost impossible to sleep for me az it waz very light. We did request a curtain but ended up borrowing a duvet cover and using that which made it dark enough. No hooks or towel rails in the bathroom at all. No bedside tables and a very high bed so you couldn't reach anything on the floor either. One side you can use the ladder for the 3rd bed, but obviously not if anyone was using it. Elevator broken and no sign of it being mended."

"The hotel room is more like a self service apartment. The room is very large and also has use of a kitchen and lounge with large screen TV shared with another room on the same floor. We never worked out how to get the TV to work but everything else was excellent. The hotel is in an excellent position in the centre of the old town surrounded by bars, restaurants and cultural sites. We used Uber drivers and they found the hotel easily. I imagine car rental is a nightmare due to lack of parking space and busy traffic around the old town. Air conditioning worked well."

"Booking.com app account was used to make payment otherwise we would have had to pay cash. I don't recall seeing this anywhere beforehand. I don't know how payment works for non Booking.com bookings."

"the location was perfect! the staff at the restaurant below took care of the rental rooms and were very helpful and friendly. The room was Huge and beautifully appointed with a very big bed and bathroom. The common area outside the room was well equipped and the elevator was a plus."
