"Perfect Hotel for the price. This hotel was out first stop in our 1 month Peru and it was an amazing experience and a warm welcome to Peru for us. Very clean rooms, perfect service. Staff in reception could speak good English. Especially, Jorge from the reception helped us a lot with all our questions. He even was so kind to lend us some adapters because we forgot to bring our own. He was one of the reasons, why we felt so welcomed here in Hotel Casa Suyay and in Lima. Shoutout to Jorge and the other staff! I will recommend this to my friends for sure!"

"The hotel we stayed in was really nice. Our room was very clean, which made us feel comfortable right away. Even though we didn’t have breakfast there, we thought it was awesome that we could make coffee and tea whenever we wanted, day or night. The decorations in the hotel were also really interesting and caught our attention, making the place feel special and unique. Overall, it was a great experience!"

"It was a bit too noisy. The windows didn’t close properly, so at night you could hear all the street noise. For the price, breakfast should have been included. Here I had to pay an extra 20 soles, which isn’t much, but other hotels at this rate usually include it. Another issue was housekeeping. Despite informing the staff that I did not want my room cleaned, the cleaner entered and cleaned it during my absence. This was concerning, as I had personal items in the room. There was also a strange situation where I was almost charged 24 dollars for a supposedly dirty towel, which was never shown to me. After I questioned it, the charge was dropped."
