"It's a great choice for 1-2 night stay in the centre of Papeete, I appreciate that most of the beds have curtains so you can get at least a small sense of privacy. The staff is nice, common areas likewise, I had a job interview (videocall) during my stay and although the wifi signal was weak it was stable for the whole duration (1hour). If you are looking for some exposure to local culture then this place is for you as during my stay majority of my roommates were Polynesian people."
"There are 3 wifis and during my 1 night stay 2 out 3 wifi had no internet connection, the only one working had very poor reception on the floor where the bunk beds are (working on my laptop but not strong enough for my phone)."

"The location is excellent if you want to be close to the ferry. The private rooms offer very good value for money. Don’t expect too much, but they have everything you need and even include a tasty breakfast. Close to the busstation to go to the airport."
"We stayed at the hostel twice and were a bit confused by some of the people hanging around the place. Without wanting to sound prejudiced, there were several rather creepy individuals loitering in the hallways and common areas, talking loudly on the phone, and doing who-knows-what in the bathroom area until the early morning hours. The rooms are extremely poorly insulated — you can hear every single step taken outside."
