The place was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering a cozy yet modern vibe that made us feel right at home. The location is perfect—close to key spots in Davao, but tucked away enough for some peace and quiet. The amenities were top-notch, including a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, and reliable Wi-Fi, which was especially helpful for our stay. Communication with the host was seamless; they were responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend Balay Bahandi to anyone visiting Davao! "The name "Cozy" suites was choosen well because its veeery cozy there, like a second home. We slept there for more than 3 weeks and it was the best accomondation we had in the philippines. The price is also unbeatable for what you get. Also a very nice area close to the mountains if you dont like big citys. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back the next time we visit negros."
