"Nice owner. Nice room. Nice breakfast in the kitchen. Very clean."

"I stayed in room 3. Unfortunately I could hear the guest upstairs walking on the wooden floor and speaking on her phone. The shower head does not have strong water pressure and just seems to fall rather than use the fine holes. I could wash quite well but needs to be investigated for the next guest who stays. There was a mosquito flying around in the morning. Could be an idea to fit an electronic mosquito device in a plug socket.Also no electric sockets near the bed so I used a socket near the door and placed my mobile phone on the floor to charge."

"The place has a lot of stairs which made it a bit difficult to navigate with a toddler, a pram and luggage. But the upstairs view makes it worth it!"

"The whole vibe is rustic and very pleasant, the beds were extra comfy. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was a separate kitchen with all kinds of tea, coffee. We felt welcomed."

"The door to the bathroom didn’t close properly, the tap of the shower was a bit hard to switch. The main center of Lousã is a bit far away, you’ll need to drive there. But these are minor inconveniences, I would recommend this property."

"Perfect place with huge private balcony/terrace and view to the green mountains. Tea/Coffee and other stuff are in the common area/kitchen. Frendly owner. Free parking just infront of the building. We were very happy to stay there on the way to Piodao village."

"We had a wonderful stay inPatio, it has to be one of the most welcoming, and friendly places we have ever stayed. The location is superb, the owners are exceptionally kind and accommodating. The breakfasts are prepared with care and are very, very tasty. It was lovely to have Portugese meats and cheeses, and the fresh bread and fruit were perfect to start the day. I would definitely come back and stay here"

"I liked that the bathroom was en-suite, even though it had said it was a common bathroom in the hall. The shower was nice and had plenty of hot water. Towels and soap were provided. There was a fridge in the room and the wardrobe was very spacey. Lots of pillows were provided. We were delayed and had to ring the concierge to check in around midnight. We had to wait a while, but he came and checked 3 of us in, even though we had only booked for two. I loved the air-conditioning. It cooled off the room within minutes and was very easy to use. It was quiet, there was no noise from the other rooms or from traffic."

"I liked everything. The location is on the edge of the historic centre, so that the sights are very comfortably within walking distance. The hotel itself is on low, flat territory, with the hilly part starting in the next block. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The beds are extremely comfortable, with moderately firm mattresses. Our room (315, I think) had a lovely view onto the adjacent hilly town centre, including the university and churches.The breakfast was plentiful, and delicious (egg, yoghurts, cheeses, meats, bread, cakes, biscuits, fruit, juices, tea and coffee).
