Breakfast is provided, but it’s pretty minimal - just 3 of types of bread, one cheese, one ham, and if you’re lucky and get there on some specific time, you might find some juice, a bowl of fruit - pineapple and orange, or scrambled eggs. It's a solid place to stay, but the breakfast and room humidity could use some improvement."

"Cosy room.in a traditional old farm building. The table by the swimming pool had a fabulous vista down the valley to Vizela and beyond; perfect for watching the sunset directly ahead whilst bats fly around and sipping the delicious wine made by the family. We regret not bringing some home! The owner went the extra mile for us, for example taking our laundry and ironing even in the middle of a heatwave"
