"Nádherné místo přímo v centru Lisabonu. Pokoje s terasou mají úžasný výhled a neruší vás hluk z ulice. Personál je velmi ochotný a snaží se vyhovět jak jen může. Lokalita je v pěší vzdalenosti centra."

"As a Coeliac there was a good choice for breakfast eg all cooked items were gluten free and good selection of fruit, cheeses and meats. The bottle of sparkling wine and treats were a lovely touch for my partner’s birthday."

"Gluten free bread that the hotel provided was not to my liking. Seemed frozen and warmed up just before serving but managed to buy a Schar loaf from a supermarket at the train station."

"Lovely hotel in trendy Chiado. Right in the action but the street wasn’t crazy noisy at night. The double doors to the balcony and thick black out curtains certainly helped with that. Huge room, big enough to do cartwheels and spotlessly clean. Lovely big bathroom too with everything you could need. All the staff we met were wonderful, very calm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely touches as well like pastel de Natas and a handwritten welcome note to the lovely mini bottle (for travelling) of port we were given on departure. The views from the rooftop bar are some of the best in Lisbon, along with the cocktails!"

"The front desk and breakfast staff were super friendly. Location was great, with lots of dining options and retail therapy. I was only there for 3 days an extra night would have been lovely. Loved getting lost in the small streets around Castelo De S Jorge. Caught an uber to Sintra, it was stunning."

"It has probably been mentioned, wear shoes with grip. The tread on one pair of my shoes was nearly bare which made it a bit slippery on the cobblestone streets. If you're a light sleeper, some ear plugs to muffle the street noise."
