"I rarely leave a full review, but this hotel is so good I just had too! The breakfast is great you can order whatever you like and it’s all delicious. The room was perfect. Plenty of space by the pool to relax and enjoy the sun and the view."
"The restaurant food was great but it’s a little pricey to eat there every night. Also you can only buy wine by the bottle which is a bit annoying if you just want a glass."

"Amazing Hotel, very calm location and relaxing atmosphere. Great breakfast and very good restaurant. The city and river view is stunning, great sunset-watching location and there are horses on the premises (great for kids). Definitely recommend a stay there. Ubers get there, but a car is quite convenient. Easy to get to the city or beach (by car or Uber)"

"What an amazing place! Beautiful view, beautiful hotel and not least very nice staff who both gave great service and good tips about Lisbon and the areas around the hotel. I have never been to a place with such a beautiful view. Chose this over living in the city center (Lisboa) it’s so much better! The food you can buy in the restaurant was also 10/10 and the breakfast was also 10/10. Will definitely come back! 10/10!"
"we loved everything and had a amazing time, but if i have to be a little critical the beds were maybe a little hard for my taste. a little noisy in the hallway from the rooms otherwise everything was great."

"Very nice place. Very quiet, in the middle of horses. It was so nice to sit on the veranda and soak in the atmosphere. The veranda is also very nicely sheltered from the wind."

"Cosy room.in a traditional old farm building. The table by the swimming pool had a fabulous vista down the valley to Vizela and beyond; perfect for watching the sunset directly ahead whilst bats fly around and sipping the delicious wine made by the family. We regret not bringing some home! The owner went the extra mile for us, for example taking our laundry and ironing even in the middle of a heatwave"

"The proprietor was wonderful. The common outside areas were very beautiful. The common inside area was a museum—-super interesting. The restaurant was very, very good! Fantastic! The rooms are just OK—clean and comfortable but little charm. Would definitely stay here again. Happily accomodated our bicycles in a secure room. Overall—super, just super!"
