There was nothing significant to complain about. Overall, the experience met and even exceeded my expectations.

The mosquitoes at the pool ☺️. There is nothing we can think of that we didn’t like about the accommodation.

Easy access to Amirsoy mountains Charvac Reservoir, Chimgan and also eateries including grocery store in the surroundings of Chorvoq. Having your own transport will give the needed access for these quaint places and meeting the kindhearted locals."

Extremely helpful, kind and hospitable. The path at the front of the hotel is perfect for a sunset or sunrise run/walk. The blend with nature is truly top! I loved it"

"We visited in the off season and the resort was very quiet. All the staff were very friendly and we loved all the facilities. We used the gym, had a couples massage, ate in every restaurant and enjoyed watching the waves on the sun loungers. The beds were the comfiest we stayed in and we loved our coconut welcome drinks! We were lucky enough to see a few turtles on our last day! Perfect location for arriving or leaving Samoa with just a $30 tala taxi ride."

We were sad the pool was closed but appreciate we were there in the off season and there was maintenance

"The property is very welcoming, with professional and helpful staff. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. The beach, gym, leisure facilities, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and relaxing. The sea is simply stunning! 🌊"

The absence of a choice of restaurants inside the resort, but there are many outside

"Firstly, the staff - they were exceptional. The location was great with snorkelling on a reef just off the beach. We were there for 5 nights and the food was very good (except for one meal which was just average). Rooms were spacious and not too close together."

The beach for swimming could be better.

The breakfest is great, they have also a private beach the pool was clean and all the area was clean the room was good too

"The country charm is irresistible. We stayed here first in December and fell in love with this place. When snow covers the ground it looks magical. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a warm welcoming stay. The stuff is always ready to help and very kind, receptionist was there 24/7 for easy check-in and check out."

I wish the restaurant area lighti g could be improved especially closer to the water...it would make a lovely evening entertainment area.

Леглата и възглавниците са много удобни, като за блажен царствен сън от какъвто се нуждаехме за нашата почивка. Плажът беше достатъчен за всички. Водата беше спокойна и бистра.
