"One thing I don’t understand, and we experienced this multiple times in the region while travelling, is that there is no “hook” to hold the shower head. So you have to hold it in your hand, which is a weird nuisance. Other than that I still give our stay 10/10."

"Great location in a lovely city. I needed to use the bus station which is only 1 straight road away. I had a fantastic sleep much needed after a long day. There is WiFi and a TV with Serbian channels and sport channels. A very nice host who stayed later for me to arrive and helped me."

"Fantastic value in the heart of Subotica. Our split-level apartment was spacious and well-equipped; the ground floor deliciously cool with aircon as we arrived on a super hot day. The location is perfect; down a small side street 3 minutes walk from the old town centre. Our host Ana was very welcoming, quick to respond and friendly. Beds were comfortable with nice linens and towels provided. Perfect for a family; we made use of the fridge to cool our drinks, the super-comfortable couch and wifi allowed the kids some downtime after a long journey, and we could make coffee in the morning (tea provided!) too. Way, way above the standard and quality I expected for the extremely reasonable price!"

It's a family-owned business, and the owners are incredibly friendly, always smiling, and speak English fluently. They are also very flexible and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade products that you can tell are made with love. You can really feel that the whole place is run with passion, not just for profit. "Communication was straightforward. Place was clean and position is right in the city center. You are 5min walk to cafes and family activities. There are basic toiletries provided and wifi was good."
