"The receptionist lady and gentlemen at the reception were excellent 👌 and eager to help. Thanks. The room had a cozy look and feel with different colored lights. I enjoyed the tranquility- no unnecessary noise.The receptionist lady informed me that I could check out after 11am and no need to rush. Thanks! I enjoyed the quiet AC, a spacious room, fridge and microwave-great, One could also enjoy sitting outside-thanks! The breakfast was complete.Besides the language barrier, the chef did well eventually though. Thanks 🙏 Well done Ashbiliah- you impressed 👍."

"No balcony for my room price. I think frequent customers should win balcony rooms with points they've accumulated. The shower ran out of hot water. Maybe I was a bit too long but imagine two people sharing. I think a menu has to be presented by someone who can speak English, This will avoid the frustration of having to explain or waiting for someone to interpret. Careful if the guest has to unplug an appliance in order to connect the kettle. In any case- do I need a kettle if there is the comfort of a microwave oven?- Not too sure about this though. Otherwise all good.....Mmm fix the lift asap pls. Fix your outside hotel building night light and put some lighting at your side parking pls."

"Clean accommodation with reasonable size rooms. Suites are in a quite area close to entrance of Kimg Fahd causeway."

"Bath water doesn’t drain quickly and stagnates during shower. Bed runners were torn. Soundproofing poor and I could hear children/ families making noise in the corridor. The road to the hotel is not paved properly and at peak times car parking needs to be done on the street. Not enough electricity plug, to connect microwave need to disconnect TV cables"

"The hotel is located near the beach. All the staff were excellent. The room was clean and had all modern facilities. There is a small grocery shop in the hotel that sells all the necessities at normal prices."

"Nice and big room with two beds and a sofa. Price is reasonable. Breakfast basic but ok."

"After the first night here with only one towel in the room I asked if we can have two when I booked again and still one in the room 😅 Maybe its because little english barrier."

"I love everything about the Hotel. It was a good place for family vacations and rest. The staffs were exceptionally nice especially Sammy the Receptionist, The Sudanese guy at the Bakala, and the Chef. I was even guided accordingly when i needed to do my Jumu'ah prayer being new to the area."

"They should just endeavor to do more by having a variety to choose in their breakfast menu for a foreigner who does little of local food. Overall my family's stay was good."
