"The room was actually very spacious the kitchen had all the utensils you might need and more. I loved this eco friendly approach. Deco was amaizing we were 2 and we could fit in the bed and be cozy but I asked for extra bedding and slept on the sofa and was super fine. The pool side was super nice (and you can wear a bathing suit mormally) the staff were very attentive . Definetly need a car to get around. Was very calm and clean everywhere lots of spaces to socialise outside or just embrace nature"

"Took sometime for anything to come from the front desk... they will answer your request but take time on fulfilling. The breakfast in the weekday was very different compared to weekend smaller scale and different venue but still nice"

"The hotel was fully booked, which made it somewhat challenging to find a table for breakfast. Once seated, there were long lines for coffee, hot dishes, and fruit. This is definitely an area with room for improvement in the overall guest experience."

"As I visited for a short weekend during Eid I didn't like that the hotel breakfast was not prepared to accomodate that many people and there were many delays as well as a lot of the food was cold. Also, I didnt like that as we were coming back late, there was no available parking close to our room and I believe that the hotel should allocate parking spaces per room. Lastly, I would prefer the bed to be slightly bigger and the room to be a studio, as the living room was a lost space that we personally used to unpack, as there was no space in the bedroom"

"The hotel offers fantastic facilities, with a comfortable, clean, and spacious room that made for a very enjoyable stay. Having parking right in front of the room was extremely convenient. The pool area was a real highlight—very spacious and lively, with football shown on a huge screen at night, creating a great atmosphere. The location is good for exploring AlUla, especially if you have a car. The in-room kitchen was a great addition, and the availability of Nespresso coffee was a nice touch. Breakfast was served at one of the restaurants and, while service was a bit slow, the food was delicious and offered a good variety"
