"The location was brilliant, very close to the Haram literally a few minutes walk to get into the masjid. The staff were all amazing, but i must mention in particular 2 members of your staff. MD Hossain our room attendant was extremely polite and helpful. He was always on hand to help us with any requests and also ensuring our room was maintained to excellent cleanliness and replenished at all times. A huge thank you to him. Also the Bell Man Mohammed Zahir was extremely helpful when we were moving room and also checking out of the hotel. He made the process extremely easy and even helped direct our driver to the best possible location for our pick up point. He made great effort and tirelessly helped move our luggage around. The staff overall were polite and welcoming but these two staff in particular deserve praise and recognition."

"Our initial room that we checked into was not in the best of condition. It was a quad room but a lot of the surfaces were dusty and the room had lots of flies. However this was rectified very quickly by the duty manager who then arranged immediately to move us to a better room, so overall this rectified the situation."

"So close proximity to Haram and less busy then other big name hotels you have to wait for lift for hours. Staff was amazing and very welcoming."

"Stayed in Elaf Kinda for the 2nd time (Previously in 2023) - Hotel rooms were clean, - Quite reasonable compared to the Nearby hotels in Clock Tower and Makkah Tower - Quick Access to Haram is the Biggest Advantage. During Prayer times also, Haram is accessible within a quick walk. - Room Service was timely and on point - All facilities in the room worked properly - The concierge desk at Ground Floor also assisted to book a Taxi to go to Haramain Train Station right after Jumma Prayers, which could avoid most of the Traffic congestion. Otherwise wouldve needed to walk a fair bit during that time."

"The location is superb. Close to everything -Masjid Al Haram, eateries, pharmacy, bank (Ar-Rajhi) and the best part, there is ice-cream kiosk just before the entrance to the hotel. The staffs are welcoming particularly Muhammad who was very patient with our queries on everything"

"When we checked in to our room, the door stuck. Tired after performing our umrah, we have to wait for someone from the hotel to assist - we need to push a few times, and with extra effort to get the door open. From that onward, the pushing part, we have to do every time we enter our room"
