"The staff are really good, hospitable and welcoming. Room style and standard is ok although the room is really tight and need to pay attention to maintain cleanliness. I booked a number of times: at first it was good but then the dropped the standard!!"

"Number one is the wardrobe!! ! The wardrobe is too small to hang my clothes on (thobes) and it is very strange and it is annoying!!!. Shower water pressure can be a bit more stronger! Lake or convenient power outlet in the room is another aspect I didn’t like. The rate is quite expensive but I book there as I know they hotel environment is safe and good. I did not try their breakfast."

"Decent clean hotel with non smoking rooms. Good for a business traveller. No facilities but rooms are good. Some rooms are small with queen or king size beds. Simple breakfast if you order it and decent coffee. Staff are friendly but don't speak much English."

"I've usually had a problem with the bathroom sink and last time even with the door lock. They couldn't understand what the problem was and weren't able to fix it."

"It should be easier to communicate with the staff. I complained about a logged wash basin for 3 days in a row and even showed them pictures, but they didn't fix it. They also need to clean out the trash daily, even if the room doesn't need cleaning. Breakfast is too simple - would be good to have some more options for fresh eggs or fruits."
