"Location was amazing literally a 30 seconds walk to the mosque. The hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard. Staff and polite and courteous. Stayed during Ramadan and had Suhoor included which again was superb. I don’t understand as to why this hotel is not rated as a minimum 4 star hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah."
"The only negative thing which the hotel can’t control is the access by car. Due to the hotel location and proximity to the holy mosque vehicle movement on occasion is restricted by the authorities in the vicinity."
