"Friendly staff, nice hotel (excellent diffusers!) with a great breakfast selection of hot and cold items. Was definitely one of the best breakfasts I had in Saudi. Location is fine but you will need to take a taxi everywhere (Jeddah is not walkable unless you stay near the corniche). Bathroom was good and had all the necessities."

"I liked everything about the property. The bed slept amazing, shower was great; the spa, gym and pool were also great additions to the property. They were accessible for everyone and were included in the price! The staff were friendly and helpful and always greeted you with a smile. While the hotel officially has four stars, this could easily be increased to five stars. The service, the pastries at the bakery, the amenities, pool, spa, gym, all the marble everywhere, it was just unbelievably beautiful. We had an immense great stay over here and leaving was actually quite hard. The bellman was so friendly everyday. The soaps provided in the clean bathroom smelled amazing. Overall just the most amazing stay here!!!"
"While the gym and spa were accessible for everyone, women and men were separated. Kind of logically in Saudi-Arabia, but in the other hotels we stayed in Riyadh and Al-'Ula, this was not the case. The pool even at Sunset Jeddah was men only. In our opinion this is kind of a waste, since my mom and I now did not use the pool now. We think this would have a lot more potential if the pool is accessible for everyone! :) When this is made accessible for everyone, think of making a little bar with smoothies over there, then you could not even drag me out of the pool. ;)"
