Tento rodinný penzion se nachází na klidném místě v rezidenční čtvrti Örgryte. Je vzdálen necelých 10 minut chůze od švédského výstaviště a kongresového centra a zábavního parku Liseberg. "The property is something between an hotel, Ann hostel and a motel, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Our room was pretty basic and functional with a really small kitchen and a bathroom without shower (showers were in a separate, common bathroom). Communication with the staff was good and everything worked out as expected. The environment was clean and there was also a common area with the TV, coffee machine, tables and a sofa where we could relax and have our meals. We could even use washing machines and driers. We could park our car for free just outside the property."
